True to their word, United has indeed, after a multi-year hiatus, reinstated g-f meals. You can find info on their website. Pls remember to order one when you fly with them.

I would like to get feedback from people who have tried the meals to hear about the food and the experience -- did the flight crew know what g-f was, were mistakes made, etc.

I'll collate the info and send it to the same folks to whom I sent the original letters of complaint that got United to resume serving g-f food.
