The University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center will host its 2008
Annual Benefit, "Spring Flours" at the University Club of Chicago, 76
East Monroe.

 

April 16, 2008

6pm until 10pm

 

The evening will include gluten-free creations from 20 of the nation's
best chefs and restaurants, plenty of gluten-free beer and wine,
spectacular live and silent auctions and fabulous raffle prizes!

 

Honorary Chair: Bravo's Top Chef Judge, Ted Allen

Tickets: $150 each

Business Attire Required.

 

Space is limited.  All tickets must be purchased in advance by April 10,
2008.

Reservations will be held at the door.  ($110 of each ticket is tax
