I haven't heard anyone talking about pet foods as source of gluten. Dog, cat, for that matter what about horse and cattle feed? When we open up a bag of dog or cat food and pour it out, don't we swish some into the air and up our noses? And if we are feeding our horses and other anuimals oats, rye, or barley aren't we exposing ourselves to gluten?
