I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck with tuning down extreme sensitivity by using the digestive enzymes that are presently commercially available? I'm so sensitive that I have symptoms whenever I eat GF food if it comes from a kitchen that also prepares gluten. That pretty much limits me to home and this has had a huge negative impact on my life. I've read about the enzymes that are being investigated scientifically--propyl endoprotease derived from Aspergillus niger--but I'm guessing they are not available possibly due to a patent. Thanks!
