Hi listmembers,

I don't like having to be off line so much! I have learned so much frrom
this list in a short while, and my life is already so different. I am now
GF for over a month and my health is continuing to improve. It really is
nothing short of extrraordinary. I was so sick for so long!! I have energy
I have not had in years. Dining out is toughest. I have pretty much always
cooked from scratch, so that is not so bad. But I will be traveling for
Thanksgiving, and both the traveling and eating away from home are going to
be difficult. We will be visiting my 91 year old motherr at herr
rretirement center, and will just have to make do.

But it is just so wonderrful to be feeling betterr. It is not a steady
uphill thing, but overall, enough to be marvelous. Thanks to all of you who
have been so helpful, and just the prresence of this list, knowing that
help is always here!!
