Having recently summarized Bob's Red Mill, I agree with Ann when she says,
"there may be some other cause for a reaction besides gluten contamination".

However, I must also disagree. My personal experiences of blaming my
"reactions" on food intolerances, gums, and sugars has lead me to believe
otherwise.

--- no matter how carefully the line is cleaned, any GF product produced on
the same line or in a facility that uses gluten-containing flours, binders,
or powders, has a very good chance of being contaminated. If you are very
sensitive, you are fooling yourself if you believe you can safely eat these
products. Eventually you will get a batch containing a small amount of
gluten.

Janice.
