Gluten-Free Living is doing it again!
Our first conference in Philadelphia, was so successful, we've planned
another, which will be held in San Diego, March 28-30.

You'll be able to have a great vacation while you learn the things you need
to know to live a happy, healthy gluten-free life from these experts:

Alessio Fasano, MD, co-director of the Center for Celiac Disease
Carol Fenster, PhD, author and expert on cooking and baking
Bette Hagman, the gluten-free gourmet who has written the books on GF baking
Danna Korn, author of two books on celiac disease and mother of a celiac
child
Cynthia Kupper, RD, CD, dietitian and executive director of GIG
Ann Whelan, founder and editor/publisher of Gluten-Free Living

They'll help you learn how to:

Feel at ease with the gluten-free diet.
Fully understand celiac disease and what it means to have it
Confidently choose safe foods while eating a varied, appealing, healthful
diet
Raise happy, healthy gluten-free children
Bake delicious gluten-free breads, cakes, cookies and more
Make sure that your prescriptions are gluten free
Take the gluten-free worries out of eating out.

And, of course, there will be plenty of gluten-free vendors. You'll be able
to taste samples, ask questions on the spot, and take home the best souvenirs
you've ever acquired on any vacation. It's all designed to help you learn how
to live a happy, healthy gluten-free life...and have a great time while
