Hi!
 
I will be travelling to Khamis Mushayt, Saudi Arabia for several
weeks this summer and am interested in any information to assist
maintenance of my GF diet.  Also, any info on the food and culture of
this region (Southwest Saudi Arabia) would be appreciated.
