When I travel to Amarillo at the end of April I will have been gf for
only a few weeks. I'm so new to all of this. I am going for a sewing
convention and will be staying in a "low service hotel". I don't think
the hotel has a restaurant. Most of the meals are being catered or
brought in as "sack lunches". - Nothing fancy. I have the restaurant
card but I'm still not sure "what" to say to the waiters. I also don't
know what to take with me to prepare for myself in my room. My stomach
is so torn up that I can't eat fiberous foods like nuts, berries and
many fruits. What can I take that travels well? I will spend a few
nights with relatives also. They are elderly and I don't know how to
"help" them cook for me. I don't want to burden them. What do I say?
I travel a lot and previously went to restaurants 4-7 times a week.
This is going to be hard! Help! Thanks.
