Hi everybody!

I've been a subscriber to the list for about a week now, and have I ever
learned alot from all of you!

Thanks to Bette Hagman's great cookbook, my eternal quest for the ultimate
GF pizza crust has come to an end, but does anyone out there have a recipe
for GF bagels? I think there's a company in the US that supplies bagel-mix,
but I don't know its name. I believe it's located in New York somewhere.
Are there any companies like this in Canada that I can order from? And has
anyone ever tried out one of those automatic bagel-makers that I've seen
advertised on TV?
