Wow - Thanks for all the suggestions. Most of you are pleased with your supplements.  Here are they are: -
       Flax meal - added to soup, salad, etc.
       Fibersmart
       Citrocel  or CVS equivalent (marked gf)
       Heather's tummy fiber
       Brown rice several times a week or collard greens
       Konsyl
       Vitafusion fiber gummies
       CVS benefiber (marked gf)
       Trader Joe's psyllium powder
       Trader Joe's fiber supplement (good in yogurt)
       Ground flax seed or chia seed
       Metamucil clear
       Acacia fiber
