Cookbook Carnival
 
Are you a gluten-free cookbook author?  Then, you will want to read this.  A 
“Cookbook Carnival” is planned for CDF: Greater Phoenix Chapter’s April meeting 
(4/6/2011). Cookbook authors are invited in to sell/autograph their cookbooks at 
that meeting. We will have a table available for each author.  You can set up a 
stack of your books and maybe even a sample tray of goodies from one of your 
recipes to entice members over to your table.  We’d like our members to see what 
a wonderful array of gluten-free cookbooks are available.  Looking through all 
the cookbooks will inspire the seasoned cooks and encourage the newbies by 
seeing that cooking gluten-free can be fun and easy.  Consider joining us for 
this fun event as well as our Gluten-Free Expo 2011 on April 16th.  For more
