So after being on a GF diet for an extended time, gluten was ingested
over a single weekend and then the tests were run?  I am no medical
expert, but I am virtually certain that the celiac blood tests would not
be useful in these conditions.  Only after ingesting gluten for a long
time would the celiac blood tests be of value.  Under the conditions
you describe, I would always expect a negative result.  Of course, this
is only the opinion of a layperson...
