Someone on the list mentioned Kellog's Nutrigrain Almond/Raisin cereal. The
ingredients are indeed g-f, and it's really great tasting stuff. However,
after a steady morning diet of one week or so, I was clearly in trouble. I
quit, but then found this stuff again about 5 months later and tried it
again. Same story. Has anyone had similar experiences? Perhaps both times
it was something else in my diet which was the problem. I'd love to try
this cereal again if there's hope I can eat it safely. My assumption is
that it's made on a line contaminated with other grains which is why my
reaction was subtle and not massive and immediate.
