Hi folks: Does anyone know if products containing autolyzed yeast
extract are gluten free?

I have called Hormel at 1-800-523-4635 about their Herb Ox chicken
instant bouillon and seasoning (which contains autolyzed yeast
extract) and they say it is gluten free.

Heinz at 1-800-488-0050 says their Boston Market reduced sodium
chicken broth (which contains autolyzed yeast extract) is gluten free.

However, when I call Campbell's at 1-800-44-BROTH about their Swanson
Natural Goodness Chicken Broth (which has the autolyzed yeast
extract) they tell me the autolyzed yeast extract has traces of
gluten.

Whom shall i believe? Has anyone had experience on this subject?
Thank you......Bernice in Richmond Hts., Ohio
