All of us here at Ener-G Foods have been very busy the past couple of
months. We are undergoing the final few weeks of the long process to
become totally Kosher certified! Part of that process was taking out the
dairy in all of our baked products. We've finished that without having
to discontinue too many products. Now it's the long cleaning process and
the final certification. We are hoping that by mid-March we will be
done. We will then be Kosher certified in our entire bakery and
warehouse under the Kof-K certification.

What this means to all in general is that the Kosher certification
process requires us to reach and maintain even higher standards of
manufacturing both in our Bakery and our flour/mix line. We've done this
to provide the very highest quality products to our customers. It also
means that all of our products are now Gluten AND Dairy free. We've
found over the years that most Celiacs are also intolerant of dairy so
this will help them quite a bit. And those with Autism are helped
tremendously by adhering to a Gluten and Casein free diet. By
eliminating dairy from all our products, we've been able to help many
more people with food allergies or intolerances.
