What is everyone's experience with snack bars or energy bars? I did some
grocery store label reading and it was fairly disappointing (Luna bars
are out, for example, because of oats, and a lot of the bars use malt
products). Cliff bars indicate, nicely, that they use no wheat and
screen their suppliers for wheat (or something to that effect). I will
be traveling out of the country for a couple weeks and am searching for
a snack bar to stuff the suitcase with.

I'll digest the replies.

Thank you. Marilyn
