Just a quick summarization of foods available in Maui.  I didn't receive
very many responses, but this info will help me out tremendously.

- As you leave the Kapalua airport to Lahaina on the left side of the
highway you will find one of the finest health food stores anywhere.  It is
about 2-3 blocks from the airport.

-any good restaurant will respond to your needs

I am working with the Old Lahaina Luau on what can be eaten that is gluten
free.  I will be contacting them when I get there to find out what dishes
might be safe.  They are very accomodating.
