In less than 2 weeks I will be spending a week in Waterville and Bar Harbor, Maine.  I would appreciate any restaurant and grocery store recommendations in both towns, and if there happens to be a gluten free friendly B&B in or around Bar Harbor, that would be heaven. I am GF/CF and am very sensitive to even small amounts of gluten.

I was surprised to find virtually nothing in the archives on Maine (for the past 3 years).  I will summarize, of course - and thanks in advance.
