Here is what we received from Olive Garden Restaurants. My celiac son had
to attend a dinner with his cross country group at an Olive Garden
Restaurant and this is the info we received from Olive Garden.

Dear Bruce:

Thank you for visiting olivegarden.com.

We appreciate your desire to know which items on our menu are gluten or
dairy-free. Like you, we are concerned about your health and safety.
Because of possible cross introduction of gluten or dairy components, such
as butter and margarine inadvertently being mixed up, we are unable to
safely recommend any of our menu items. We are sorry we are unable to help
you at this time.

If Guest Relations can be of further assistance, please write us again
through olivegarden.com (www.olivegarden.com/feedback.asp ) or call us at
1-800-331-2729. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
ET. In the meantime, we will look forward to a future opportunity to serve
you in our restaurants.

With Hospitaliano,

Ann
