The Denver Metro Chapter CSA/USA has two upcoming events:

We're hosting a special lecture featuring Dr. Thomas O'Bryan, nationally 
recognized speaker and workshop leader, specializing in celiac disease and 
gluten intolerance.  The emphasis of this presentaion will be the brain 
manifestations of gluten sensitivity - finding health with a gluten-free diet and 
additional nutritional support.

OUR ANNUAL COOKIE EXCHANGE - featuring Carol Fenster, Ph.D., nationally 
and internationally recognized gluten-free expert and cookbook author, who 
will demonstrate a holiday recipe.  Please bring a few dozen cookies to 
exchange with detailed recipes to share!
