Hi Everyone.

I have a recipe that calls for "self-rising cornmeal". My idea is to add
about 3 teaspoons of baking powder to 1 cup of cornmeal as a substitute. (The
recipe calls for 2 cups of self-rising cornmeal.)

Any input from experienced gluten free cooks greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
