Hello Everyone:

I had the pneumonia vaccine with no problems except having a sore arm
for almost a week.  Also doctor suggested that I have a bone scan
density test again to see how the extra calcium I am taking is
responding.  How often are we supposed to have the bone scan done?  Oh
yeah vitamin levels were great and not anemic, diet must be helping as I
had been anemic my whole life before going gluten free.  Best wishes to
