Bake Old Fashioned Chocolate Chip Cookies to the next barbeque you go to. I baked a batch to take to a Memorial Day barbeque and they were all eaten! The children and adults passed up frosted brownies and fruit tart for these gluten-free cookies! Everyone raved about the cookies and no one knew they were gluten-free. Don't you love it when that happens!!!!!

Ruby Range Old Fashioned Cookie Mix
1 egg
6 Tablespoons soft butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup gluten-free chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 350

Mix the egg, butter and vanilla. Stir in the mix, cocoa and chocolate chips. Spoon onto a greased or parchment covered baking sheet and bake for 10 - 12 minutes.

Don't miss out on the award winning Ruby Range:
Pancakes
Chocolate Truffle Cake
Spice Cake
