My motto is "spices" contains gluten unless it has been okayed by the celiac
assocation or I have called the 1-800 number to verify what info is
available on the spice called "spices". This can happen in canned goods,
jarred goods, packet goods, processed meats, etc.

My biggest complaint is that sometimes on labels a whole bunch of spices are
listed and then the spice "spices" is listed. Sometimes I wonder if there
is a new spice in the market. (just a joke).
