A message to Ms. La Verriere and to all who plan to visit the
beautiful state of Maine this summer.  As you drive by Portland on
your way to Acadia/Bar Harbor and all points east in the state, it is
worth a call ahead and a stop at Rebecca's Kitchen, located just off I
295 in Portland (easy off, easy on).  She has a take out food business
and has been cooking for a number of celiacs for a couple of
years...and is a great cook.  You should call ahead to 207-879-7722 to
see what she is cooking (menu changes weekly) and order up food for
the time that you are visting.  She has a wide ranging menu (gf and
non) so you can accommodate your entire family.

She is the chef/author that Micheal Jones posted about a few weeks back
