In response to Lynn Rainwater's inquiry about GF bagels, I just bought
some from www.glutino.com and was VERY pleased. They are Glutino brand.
I especially like the "California bagels," which are like cinnamon
raisin. They don't have the same texture as regular bagels, but if you
broil or toast them, they taste very good.
