It's a shame some people can't accept what they've been dealt with, make the
most of it and get on with their lives. EVERYONE difficulties to deal with in
their lives and while this diet may be difficult, I'd take this diet and my
problems over some other problems I can think of, anyday! And I have to
contend with more than just the gluten free diet as I'm extremely allergic to
eggs, have Hasimoto's thyroiditis and Sjogren's syndrome as well. Most of the
gluten free breads contain eggs or are too dry for me to eat due to my
Sjogren's so I make do without. I'm just happy that there is a diet I can be
on which makes me feel so much better physically and mentally. To all of you
that feel that this is such an awful diet, just walk through a hospital ward
or nursing home. Maybe then you'll appreciate just how lucky you are.
