Grandma (me)is a celiac.  Dau.(not celiac) has 8mo.baby. She's
afraid to feed him anything wheat related for at least one year, because of
me.  Has anyone exp. this problem and what kind of suggestions can I give
her. She read that the later introduction of solid foods (wheat based) has
led to a dramatic drop in the incidence of celiac disease.
