I'm drawing numerous responses about the sweet potato pie recipe. 

Folks....please read again...I never made that recipe myself, so I cannot claim it is pudding-like or pumpkin pie consistency...just that my friend said it was good, and it turns out it's gf. 

Some folks said they'd add tofu; others said they'd add beaten egg whites; someone else suggested fresh yams. 

Sorry, I can't remember which marshmallows are gf.
