Greetings to listmates from the Greater Vancouver area,

I have tried to locate a B.C. contact through the Canadian page, but
have had no reply.  I'm looking for referrals to outlets (stores,
restaurants) that sell gf food.  I will be in Kitsalano, Burnaby, the
North Shore, and Langley.  I will have a car and I know my way around, I
just need to know WHERE to go for gf (and soy and dairy free) bread,
crackers, cookies etc., and WHICH brands to buy.

If you know of any spectacular restaurant fare, please send it along.
It's been years since I've been in Vancouver--my old home town--it would
be nice to eat safely while I'm there.
