Quarterly Greater Boston Area Meeting

Saturday, January 24th, at 2:00pm (registration at 1:30pm) The Healthy
Villi Greater Boston Area Celiac Sprue/DH Support group will meet at the
Concord Lodge  on Baker Avenue, Concord, MA.

Speaker:        Kristina Rychlik, R.D. of Arthur D. Little, Inc  Kristina
works with food and food ingredient companies evaluating ingredients for
healthy foods and nutraceuticals.

Topic: A discussion on Product Ingedients:  those mysterious ingredients
celiacs see and wonder about in many packaged foods.  Come and bring your
questions.

Followed by GF product samples, GF sample breads, GF soups and GF Sloppy
Joes and a discussion of Cheese:  Which ones are safe?  GF products for
sale.

Short DH meeting will follow to learn of some resources for obtaining
further information on DH.
