Has anyone done business with the Gluten-Free Cookie Jar recently?

I received my first shipment from them the second week of September.  It had
taken a week to get to me (from PA to GA).  Most of the food was stale.

I have tried unsuccessfully to get them to return my phone calls.  All I get
is an answering machine message that says "please leave a message and we will
get back to you as soon as possible".

I was so hoping for pretzels and bagels.  The shipment that I received was
disappointing.
