Hi everyone! Hope someone can give me some tips. I have a great bread
machine recipe book I got before I became real sick. It has lots of
great recipes I'd like to try. Can someone tell me how to substitute
gf flour for regular flour? Can I use Bette Hagman's gf flour mix and
substitute? Would it be 1 cup for 1 cup or do I need to make other
changes. Also, do I need to make any other changes in the recipe
besides the flour? I'm just not sure where to start. Once I get it
down and hopefully have some successful recipes I'll be very happy to
share. Thanx in advance for any help!!
