The information on this site seems to be very up-to-date according to
everything I've been learning here.  It has good data to take to doctor's
here--they can't say they don't do their own tests afterall (I hope,
anyway).

Dietician and author Shelly Case lives in Canada and was also suggested as
someone to track down.
