Hi all,

It is that time of year that many of you wait
for-Passover.

The store that many of you have heard of is One Stop
Kosher, on Greenfield just north of 10 mile,
Southfield, Michigan. They have many gluten free
foods for Passover. Keep in mind, just because it is
kosher does not mean it is gluten free. You still
have to read the labels. But, many of the foods use
potato starch this time of the year, for various
reasons, and those are the ones you should be looking
for. There are items marked gebruchs, may not be
spelled right, but you get the idea (you can ask),
also they will have gluten free matzoh-it is made from
oats in its truest form. There have been many
postings about this-the oats is almost pure with NO
contamination. If it works for you, OK, if not, no
further discussion is necessary. Do not say how bad it
is for you, etc. If it works, OK.
