I beg to differ with Therese,  but my copy of the Wall Street Journal
boldly says, "Let Them Eat (Gluten-Free) Cake" with a subtitle of "Dinner
Parties Become Ordeals As Allergies, Food Fears Rise; Hold the 'Chernobyl'
Pasta." Just the kind of press we need! Even if celiacs are nowhere
directly mentioned in the article and even if Elizabeth Bernstein did not
create the title, guess what readers will remember?? I think we have every
reason to complain to The WSJ, and the appropriate addresses were provided
in another posting.
