I recently requested input on NYC restaurants and received so many helpful emails. My daughter and I returned from NYC last night after a weekend of much fun and excitement.

We ate dinner at Bistango. I loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious. My daughter ordered the gf pasta. It was a bit undercooked but she still ate it and enjoyed it.

The next night we ate at Pig N' Whistle. It doesn't have a gluten free menu, but one of our listserv members had recommended it. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger and baked potato. She ate the whole thing.

I really wanted to get to Peter's Diner and Risotteria, but we'll have to leave that to our next trip to NYC!

While walking down(or up?) 5th Avenue(I think), I spotted Pret A Manger-an option given by another member.

Thank you so much for your helpful emails. New York is a wonderful city with terrific folks.

Sincerely,
Juli of NC
