Dear Celiac Friends,

 

In the course of reading about GMO foods, I came upon this

article which should concern all of us who rely so heavily on

rice as a staple food.

 

This article says that rice with HUMAN genes

is to be grown in the US.  They intend to use it treat infant diarrhea.
