I want to thank all the many people who sent me the info I required. It
seems that confectioners sugar is what we in England call icing sugar.
Not much info on Holland. It seems the best advice is to contact the
dutch celiac society who will provide most of the information needed.
Just as a matter of interest, if anyone is travelling by P&O ferries
from Hull to Holland they cater for all diets including ceoliac, the
chef just needs 7 days notice.

Good health to everyone.

Best wishes. Pat in the UK.
