I used to eat vietnamese regularly, but I have not been since being  
GF, and was wondering if anyone could say what is normally GF or not.   
I love the pho soup and bun noodles.  Any advice?  I tried to call one  
place in advance, but they could not understand a word I was saying : 
(  I don't believe the pho or bun generally has soy sauce in it, but  
if you anyone could let me know what to look out for, I would  
appreciate it.
