I've been meaning to write this for awhile and just haven't had the time......

I'm a wing lover especially when it comes to game weekend in front of the TV.
The problem that I've run into is that most places that make wings use recycled
oil. That means they start with fresh oil for things like fries and onion rings
and then recycle it to cook the wings in. Lately, I've been frequenting a Wing
place located on East-West connector called Taco Mac. If I call them 30 Minutes
ahead of time and speak with a manager they will usually put on a seperate fresh
pot of oil for me to have my Wings and fries. Their orders come in 10,20,30 etc
so if I go ahead and tell them the number I want they will start cooking them
the moment the oil is hot. It has to be at a time when they are not crowded so
if I want wings I have to eat early (before 6pm on week nights). Most of their
sauces (I've read the labels) until you get up to TMI and DEATH are okay and I
mainly stick with the Medium temp. I just wanted to let the wing lovers in the
area know that all is not lost..... I've tried making my own at home but for
some reason they just don't seem to compare to the wings that someone else cooks
for you.

By the way their Ranch dressing has not posed a problem for me either. They make
it in-house and shared with me the ingredients.

Happy eating.....

Rebekah
