Greetings,

I recently learned of the existence of Blue Diamond Nut Thins. On the packaging and on the web site they are identified as gluten-free, and they state that "Blue Diamond® is a proud supporter of the Celiac Disease Foundation", so I assume they are working with them to ensure that the thins truly are gf. The flavors are Almond, Hazelnut, Pecan, Smokehouse Almond, Country Ranch and Cheddar Cheese. I've tried the Pecan and the Smokehouse Almond... the Pecan flavor is good, the Smokehouse Almond is fabulous! They're especially good with sun-dried tomato hummus, but I suspect they'll be good with almost any kind of spread or dip you would use with similar wheat-based crackers. Here is a link to the web page for the Nut Thins: http://www.bluediamond.com/retail/nutthins/index.cfm. I have no affiliation with or financial interest in the company (but I admit I was pleased to be able to support a locally-based company!).
