>OK well it's a bread mix which says on it "Specially prepared for gluten

Celimix may be prepared for gluten-restricted diets but it is NOT
gluten-free since it may contain up to 0.1% prolamins (gliadin); however,
the Canadian Celiac Association advises its' members that the Rice Bread
Mix made by Nelson David is gluten-free.

Hope this helps.
