Hi, I am a 13 year old Life Scout in Troop 57 MA and am trying to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. I was diagnosed with celiac disease when I was 15 months old. What I am planning for my Eagle Scout Project is a Celiac Awareness Event. As part of my project I would like to have some type of celiac screening. Also, I would like to have samples of some gluten free food available to all who come. I would like to know if anyone had any information on where and who I could contact to help me make this happen. I would love to receive any other suggestions you might have to help make my project a success.
