I would like to increase my fibre intake by making more healthful GF baked
goods. I know about whole bean flour, wild rice flour and flax, are there
any other ingredients I can use to make fibre rich baked goods?

Also, I am currently buying wild rice flour in 8 oz amounts for an
exorbitant price from a mail order source. Does anyone know of a source
where I can obtain wild rice flour in bulk amounts?

Much appreciated.
