Many have thanked me for the report on the Gluten Intolerance Group's
annual conference.  You're welcome.

One thing that confused some:  I am not an official of GIG, rather I'm a
member of GIG and attended the conference.  I had nothing to do with
planning the conference and don't work for GIG, although I have done a
bit of volunteer work for it in the past.  I'm just a very satisfied
customer, you might say!  Also, there was a lot more good info that I
didn't report on.  And the food...

Something I forgot to mention, Bette Hagman has a new 4 flour mix
marketed by Athentic Foods that does not contain rice flour.  Haven't
tried it yet, but it might interest some of you.  Bette or Athentic
Foods provided sample packets for the attendees.  Bless Bette for all
she has done for us.
