Last week, I spoke with my cousin who is (along with her daughter), the
only relative I have who also has CD. I was updating her on my medical
trials, and she was doing the same for me. One thing that she told me
seemed a little peculiar.

She's about 40, and for 20 years, she has had a strange rash on the back
of a leg. She went on all kinds of diets for it, and for a plethora of
seemingly unrelated problems. I won't get into specifics (mostly because
I'm not sure what they might be), but she thought she had Candida, and
only when I was told that I might have CD last August did we compare
notes. She went GF when I did, and the rash on her leg cleared up to the
point where it was almost nonexistent. However, she has recently
developed DH at all of her pressure points-- her first experience with it
in her entire life.

Does anyone have any comments or insight? I find this development to be a
little strange.
