I also have itching in my ear.

My DH rash started on my buttocks about 35 years ago. It has
since moved out to my elbows and knees, Now it is located on my
hands and scalp. In the past few months, I can completely
control my DH with a GF diet.

I get a reaction in left ear when I do get a dose of
gluten--one small area in the left outer ear weeps a clear
liquid (IgA?) for a day or so and then crusts over.

I believe this ear reaction is all part of my DH, but I can't
confirm this because my PCP won't allow me to see a
dermatologist.
