Persons with Celiac sprue most certainly have serious consequences in
long term health in relation to inadequate labeling. We are pioneers in the
wheat laden world. It would be nice if the FDA did respond appropriately
to a formal petition. A proposal & national coverage (on a televised News
Magazine) highlighting Celiac disease & the proposal, after shedding light
on the subject could go together nicely.
Menace indeed.
